Driven towards chasing my dream of making outdoor gear, I started a journey of developing products with YETI Coolers & Otterbox after years of developing business plans, financial analysis, and fundraising. While at YETI, I constantly delivered some of the most complex and shortest timeline product launches. I enjoyed taking on the complexity of product development and finding innovative ways to solve problems. Developing creative strategies and innovative gear is what drives me. 

As the Executive Director, I was able to help the foundation raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for children's health and for our military by leading climbing fundraising events all over the Americas. Under my leadership, the foundation won the St Jude New Event of the Year award and debuted a documentary film, Keep Climbing, that was nominated for a film festival. 

As an outdoor product consultant, I love working with clients to develop and field test innovative products. I have the opportunity to combine my passion for product development with my executive business experience to serve clients. I have an MBA from University of New Mexico.
